Brandy Pernell Staple
Mr. Brandy Staple is a highly experienced and dedicated U.S. Army service-disabled Veteran and Air Traffic Controller with over 25 years of expertise in air traffic management and airspace operations.
Throughout his distinguished career, Mr. Staple has demonstrated exceptional leadership and technical proficiency in controlling and managing air traffic at several key military installations worldwide, including Fort Drum Wheeler-Sack Army Airfield, Fort Rucker Army Airfield, Grafenwöhr Army Airfield in Germany, Desiderio Army Airfield in Korea, and Naval Station Guantanamo Bay, Cuba, just to name a few. His extensive operational experience has provided him with a comprehensive understanding of complex airspace environments and operational requirements in diverse and challenging settings.
In addition to his hands-on management of air traffic, Mr. Staple is a recognized subject matter expert in ATC policy development. He has developed and implemented policies for Fort Bliss Army Airfield and served as the site manager and subject matter expert for the aviation contract at Bliss Tower, where he provided critical leadership and technical guidance to ensure operational excellence and compliance.
Mr. Brandy Staple’s proven ability to develop strategic policies, manage large-scale operations, and lead multidisciplinary teams makes him an invaluable asset for projects requiring expert guidance in air traffic control and airspace management. His military background, combined with his extensive operational and policy expertise, uniquely positions him to support any organization’s mission and objectives.
Christe Lattimore-Staple

Mrs. Christe Lattimore-Staple is a dynamic multimedia professional with a diverse background in documentary filmmaking, journalism, public affairs, and community engagement. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Documentary Filmmaking from Columbus State University and studied television, radio, and film at Clark Atlanta University. Additionally, she is a certified filmmaker through the Georgia Film Academy and earned a Master’s degree in Latin American Border Studies from the University of Texas at El Paso.

Throughout her career, Christe has demonstrated a strong commitment to storytelling, strategic communication, and outreach. She served as the Chief of Public Affairs and Multimedia Department for the Department of Veterans Affairs for the New Mexico VA. In El Paso, Texas she established and led the VA’s first comprehensive multimedia Public Affairs Office at the El Paso VA Health Care System. In this role, she developed and managed social media platforms—including Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube—to promote VA health services, share vital information, and highlight community events.

Christe produces a wide range of multimedia content, including commercials, news stories, and special programming. She has also created newsletters, magazines, and speeches, while coordinating large-scale public events in collaboration with VA health services and community organizations. Her expertise includes developing storytelling opportunities that resonate with diverse audiences and implementing comprehensive outreach programs across various media platforms.
In addition to her public affairs work, Christe has a background as a journalist and broadcast news professional. She has reported for the Department of Defense in Europe, covering U.S. Army missions, and produced documentaries and programming for PBS in the U.S. Virgin Islands. Her reporting has addressed issues such as immigration, food insecurity, Veteran Affairs, economic disparities, voting rights, and education. She is proficient in basic Spanish.
